i am a filipino L*****n and have an american partner, we want her to get pregnant here in philippines,how can we do that? and how much it cost?

please help me we are planning this year.

probably artifical insemination, unless she wouldnt mind doing it the conventional way, but obviously, thats not your thing. look around online for costs.
