I want my picture to have a text on it like this 1?

The caption was probably not put on the picture in photobucket It was done using a separate program on the PC of the person who made it.

You can do the same thing using the MSPaint program that comes free with Windows.  

Look under the Start menu and the Accessories section. You should find a link for Paint.  

Start Paint

Open the picture you want to caption

Use the "text" tool (looks like an "A" in the toolbar of the left)

Adjust color, font and test size to what you want.

Type in the text

Resave the picture with the text
