I want my thighs to get smaller..by alot.?

Ok so its back to school and i cant wear shorts everyday, its jeans time. And i look so huge in them..my stomach is really tiny and im just tiny all around since im only 5 ft tall and 99 lbs. But my thighs look horrible and disgusting on my body. If i get bigger size pants it looks ridiculous not skinnier..and tight pants show off my thickness...help!

  1. I suggest you try to tone your thighs instead of losing weight since you are so petite. Doing exercises to tone and gain more muscle will make you look thinner and you will be healthier, even though the scale might say you weight more once you gain muscle because muscle weighs more than fat.


  2. I think being thick looks a lot better than having chicken legs.  I have thick hips and thighs and a tiny waist and stomach.  But, riding a bike, or walking, jogging, if there is a stadium near by, go run up and down the bleachers.  Good for your heart, lungs, and legs

  3. No one is perfect you will grow into your body.. i have big thighs but they are all muscle pretty much. But there are some workouts you could do that mite help.

    try jogging every day or every other day or rollerblading

    do some wall sits, helps the fat turn to muscle

    look for workouts in magazines, seventeen is an awesome magazine and has work out tips every month

    sports are great, do you play sports? if you don't you should try to join!

    volleyball basketball track.. there all great leg workouts!

    it takes a long time to get smaller legs could take month or even years depending how hard you work if it dose not help you could were longer shirts or skirts may help!  

  4. You should run it helps tone your thighs and makes them not just skinny but muscular. Eat veggies, fruits, rice, tuna. If you want exercises lay on the floor on your back and put your legs straight up in the air. Open your legs to a "v" shape then close them again. This exercise help the part of your legs closest to your crotch where fat usually stores. i hope this helps!

  5. If you are prepared to do a certain excercise I can help. You have to know that the thighs are the hardest area to get rid of. I found a certain excercise to do that works. You have to do this everyday for as long as you can up to 20 min. Start out slow. You know how you stand with your legs wide apart and squat half way down? Well if you stand in one spot, it's like a leap to the left side, and squat. Then leap to the right side and squat. To the left and squat, and to the right and squat. It gets pretty fast, left down, right down, left down,  right down. I hope I explained it o.k. Football players do this to keep their legs in shape. I learned it from that famous t.v. show. "The biggest loser". The personal trainer from that show has tips on t.v. Good luck.

Most likely it is only you who notices this.  However, toning your legs will help you look slimmer without losing any weight (which you definitely do not need to do).  I recommend squats.  They're easy to do pretty much anywhere and they will help tone your leg muscles.  You may also try different types of jeans.  Try straight leg jeans.  They fit your widest part (your thighs) and then go straight down.  Flares, skinny, and boot cut all emphasize your thighs.  If that's your problem area, you don't want to do that.  Straight legs are also really in right now.
