Yeah, I think you can pull it off if your hair is straight...otherwise it would be a lot of work. For color suggestions, I'd say a light or medium brown or natural highlights.

I think you could definitely pull off those bangs the shape of your face is made for the look. As far as color your complexion would look great with a chocolate brown or medium golden brown. You are going to look great with your new look! Enjoy it.
