  1. You can get a stencil cutter for something like £20 and do your own. They are easy to use and you can get good results with a bit of practise

  3. You could use a peel-off sticker as a stencil. Photocopy the child's design onto the sticker. Carefully cut the design using a craft knife. Place the sticker onto card and apply colour through the gaps in the design. Then, remove the peel-off.

    Peel-off stickers come in rolls and A4 sheets.

    You could purchase them from Arts & Crafts Cies such as www.fredaldous.co.uk or from shops such as Paperchase.
