Hehehe... a 'punch line' is the last part of a joke....

Are you asking for jokes for constructions sites?  Its not unheard of, for new workers to be sent looking for a 'skirting board ladder', 'board stretcher', 'plaid paint', or even a 'wood welder', hehehe...

A 'punch list' tho, is a list of things that need to be finished up, or repaired.  Its pretty common for all contractors to generate a 'punch list' of things that need to be done, often with the customer's input, to finish up the job.  Quite often its 'small stuff'... like a piece of missed trim, some caulk, etc.  Each construction job will have its own 'punch list' as the things left to be done will vary from site to site.
