check into the school.  Some schools give big scholorships to people who live abroad because they want foreign students there.  It makes a difference when things are more diverse.  You also may want to check to see if there are scholorships at the places your parents work.  They have an age limit limit though, some can be up to 25.  Apply for that.  There are also websites online like fastweb.com.  They can give you a bunch of scholorships to try for when you register.  There are enough scholorships in the world for you to get your schooling paid for.  Also there are scholorships if you have a disability and based on your race and ethnicity.  So check those out too.
