I want slim toned legs! Help:( Pls. Planning to wear a knee-lengthed dress in November:((?

I'm 18. 5'1.5 and I hardly weigh 40 kg. I'm very slim. I have long legs but with too much on fat. They don't look toned. What should I do to tone them? People say I should walk a lot but I don't think it will work because walking will make me even more slim. I just need to focus on my legs not on my waist! Help! Please!

  1. well ... there's no need to workout alot ...

    n by the way megha ... walking doesnt affect so much on slim trim girls coz slim galz r already exhausted ... ve u ever seen match stick.. yup like that ;)

    Let me enter ur physical diet schedule coz its directly related to ur health n energy ... u know if u start gng to gym , u ll noticed that fat starts reducing from upper body first to lower body level so wht u want is really difficult to get until n unless u agreed to Straight's answer. Bt lemme customize some facts again related to some physical exercises n ur dietry products which shud b taken regularly if u dunn like to alter ur weight n ur physique, just follow a few steps

    1.Take protein rich food as a major dietry product

    2.Stretching of the legs on toe ...just concentrate stretching from bottom to knee and keep moving toes semi up n down without  touching ankel to the ground while pushing ur weight up in standing position or keep cyclin/paddling  on bicycle with until u get fatigue .

    3. Strecthing legs + jogging without touching ankel to the ground until u get tired and keep walking to lower down ur breathing(dont stop in b/w for relaxation)

    4. Stand in attention position , hands on the side and do sit ups by holding weights above 1 kg in each hand but knee folds shud not b more than 2/3 . Do 12-15 repiititions .

    Follow step no.1 in each case plus additional Step no. 2 or adapt Step 3

    Step 4 is most effective n much easy as comparision to burn calories by doing jogging cycling and strething but Step 4 requires brisk walk also after immediately sit ups.

    I bet u ... the continue  course will effectively show u the results within 25 Days . To get toned body ...stretching the particular muscle and exercise on them is the best way to get it toned by putting a very little weights side by side (for galz ). Believe me ... !

    I adviced this to my SIS ....did it work ????? YUP it worked and results were out within 3 weeks  ..  u must try it . No harm on ur height  no hassel
