help me is bodybuliding...i am a boxer....like a new babyborn in boxing life..i need some tips in boxing as well as body buliding...so plz guzzs help me....

  1. go to a boxing gym and work with a trainer. that is the best advice you will get. You need to go to a boxing gym. The second best advice you will get is go to crossfit.com for fitness and nutrition. Thirdly how old are you? Because if you are still of high school age you should not start lifting yet. It won't be beneficial to you. Better to do non-weight involved exercises, which by the way can be just as challenging and sometimes eve more challenging. Here some examples...

    pull-ups, sit-ups, squat-thrusts, backward sit-ups: lye down on a bench and bring your knees and lower torso to your chest, air squats, arm hang: hanging from a pull-up bar, box jump:jumping onto a box, running: both long distance and sprinting, swimming if you have access to water, chop wood, climb up rope, push-ups:regular, on knuckles, and diamonds.
