I want some egg beatehrs?

It says on the carton of egg beaters that after you open it, that you can only use it for 7 days after ....what happends if it is more than 7 days after ...and i eat it?? will it hurt me? i dont know exactly how may days after it opened but it could be more than 7 days....i really want some...cause i have a whole bunch left...will it hurt me if it has been more than 7 days??.............hurr im hungry!! :) lol

I wouldn't eat it just in case. Just go down to the grocery store and get a fresh carton :)
