I want start a hardware company in delhi. So what to do for a New Company and what is require for the company ? please guide me?

It is not hard. You can start business at any time at any place under any trade name. You will start firm and not co. No formalties. Simply buy and sell. Apply for TIN from VAT deptt.

think of how much you are having funds and how much you are in a position to invest in your business. and would you be able to sustain the market pressure for at least 3 years (1000 days) with out sufficient income....then make the feasibility study how you would meet up your expenses, your interest on investments, .....then think of getting your firm registered with any govt. organisation for getting TIN Number (also knows as RST/CST No.) and service tax number would be a add on.

then think of whether you could afford a rental premises for your office.  and think of what you would be keeping in your offices (what hardware products ????) a large variety is in the market)
