  1. nooooo. :) not true at all. it just has to be a nationwide plan... not americas choice--- there is no difference in price b/t the two plans


  2. NO, use link below and get it with $59.99 plan. Good luck. Actually on that page there is a link "more verizon plans" click on it and select $39.99 plan.
