I want the members of my group to post only from the Web site. Is this possible to enforce?

Some people reply to messages without remembering their reply will go to all members not just the person who sent the original they're replying to. By forcing people to go to the site to read and post, they will always be aware that what they write goes out to everyone.

no, there really is no setting to force members to be web readers, and post from there. you could go through and set every member to no mail, but they may be confused at that and always go and reset their mail settings. easier way, if you have certain members who do this, consider moderating them and sending a reminder to the whole group what your posting expectations are, and how to e-mail just that member and not the group and appropriate times not to send to the group. some times a little remider is all it takes
