I want this job but i dont know what its called?

well i want to design new marvel action figure. like to put ideas on who to make, how big, etc. what is that called and is it hard to get a job like that?

What you're trying to get into is actually action figure designing. You might want to contact marvel :) but you might also want to try kitbashing. You need experience and reputation to get noticed by marvel. Do some kitbashes of heroes they havent done before ( complete list, go to Hasbro or toybiz.com <the original guys who brought us the legends line )

No one did a good carnage toy yet, if you want to impress us with that :D

I think it is called a comic designer; But if you want you can just contact marvel. They love new ideas. Good luck!
