1.do't go to NEXT.

2.do't go to Saravana (both of them).

3. take a branded one, which can give better warranty.

4.that company's service centre must be nearer to your place.

there are hundereds of shops selling coolers in chnnai. please get up from your *** , go to the market and find out one.

or if u still want to do it at home get hold of chennai yellow book and find out the shops under heading   coolers.
