I want to Find the Best Ocean Fishing?

I plan on taking a Vacation in either Mexico or Carribbean Area, I want to find a place where I can Rent a boat myself and go out in the Waters and Catch lots of Fish. and preferrably an area where theres white sandy beach and clear blue waters.
