  1. www.GoAbroad.com

Lots of info there on opportunities abroad ... jobs, internships, gap year programs, etc.

For instance here is one program that lets you backpack through Australia while working in different places along the way:

    http://www.jobsabroad.com/listingsp3.cfm...

Lots of other opportunities too, scroll around, if you want to travel abroad you should do it! Don't listen to people who are negative about it, it's the best life experience you can give yourself.

    Have fun ...

  2. You can start in UK and than join the ERASMUS at your University. This option gives you accommodation, work, and help abroad.

  3. Try looking up gap year info. You could go on a gap year for a while, and then if you like it stay there.

  4. I would advise you save some money first and say go over next may. This is simply because thats when people start going over to work for the summer (thousands of brits go to work the summer) i would then find a flat mate to share and half the costs and find a job. This is so simple to do, scary but simple.

Book a one week holiday before you go so you have return flights if you are not enjoying the experience and do not want to stay and this also means you have a week to find accomodation and to find a job.

Then after working the summer (ends around september/october) when all brits come home - decide whether you want to stay or not and carry on your job if possible and if not find another (you'l stil have accomodation).

I have worked the summer various times abroad if you need anymore information email me on gemmabakewell@yahoo.co.uk nd il give u sites and stuff when i get home.

  5. You are too young, have no education, and do not qualify to immigrate to most countries!  As an EU member citizen, you are limited to EU member countries.  Their own citizens get first priority, then other EU citizens.

What skills do you have?  You really have no education, so job opportunities will be very limited, very low paid and very scarce unless you have some extraordinary talent and connections in that industry.

If you can find a job, then you will have find accommodations within your budget and set up housekeeping.  Better take plenty of money with you to pay the deposits on an apartment or flat (or room in a boarding house), utility deposits, etc.
