if your phone had dat feature you can easily use but now a days service providers stop dat service and dey want you to activate some scheme and pay dem for doing confrence calls......

WHILE YOUR ON A CALL DIAL THE NUMBER YOU WANT TO ADD TO THE CONFERENCE AND GO TO OPTIONS AND SELECT CONFERENCE IT WOULD HELP IF YOU GAVE THE MODEL OF THE PHONE

I believe that phone conferencing is a facility in your phone and operators have nothing to do.  To every person you conference you are charged an extra call.
