I want to ad tiny jewel's to my FINISHED puzzle. Should I glue them AFTER I glue the entire puzzle, or before?

After so that you dont have to move the unglued puzzle around and mess up the pieces.

if you glue them before the actual puzzle, make sure they're dry and secure, or else they'll move around. i don't suggest that, though, because some glue might glop around the jewels and the very finished product wouldn't be quite as beautiful.
