I want to add more power, more hp to my 01 mustang v6?

what do i need to add more horse power and make my car faster?

in response to the "MUSTANG SHOULDNT HAVE A 6" person, the original mustang was a six-pot.

ANYWAYS...

for the v6, i would say CAI, headers, exhaust, and maybe even a supercharger. The site below has one listed for just under $4k. Of course, if you wanted, you could also find a wrecked v8 'stang in a junkyard and grab the engine and tranny and put it in yours, but if you want to keep with the six, that is what i recommend.

Alright, ive got a v6 camaro, i did a 3400 head swap, itll run with an 8. First id say swap ur rear end gears, itll get better acceleration, go to a 3.73 or in that area, i dont kno what ford has, and dont rlly care. Do an exhaust and intake, port and polish, or all new heads. It won't be the fastest, it cant be. But some people just dont see the potential.

well the first thing is its a mustang with a  v6 thats your problem mustang and v6 should have never been put together but theres a few things but its worth less that 2001 is worth less i got a grand am that will burn it
