  1. Alright well my aunt just adopted a baby from Guatamala and they are having scams down there so... first pick a country to adopt from. if you want to help a child adopt from a country were kids need to be saved. then find you local adoption from the heart place. next sign paper work and go to the court of appeals..... blah blah all that stuff and truly it is alot of work and MONEY

    good luck!!!

  2. Like go to a foster care and like adopt a child their and see if you like any of them/

  3. http://www.adoptioncrossroads.com

    http://www.origins-usa.org

    http://www.babyscoopera.com

  4. We adopted from Ethiopia- start with the web and find a local agency that you feel comfortable with. Call and talk to them and go and visit -meet some of the people you will be working with so you know they will be able to meet your needs. They will help you whether you decide to adopt domestically or internationally.

  5. Start by researching the primal wound, and attachment disorders. You would do well to read some adult adoptee blogs to gain understanding on how it feels to be adopted. You might be overwhelmed by the paper process, but that pales in comparision to the actual emotional aspects of raising a strangers child. You will have no ability to genetically mirror the little one in your care. Adoption is not the same as raising one's own children. You'd do well to have an understanding of that before proceeding.

https://www.adultadoptees.org  will give you a link to lots of blogs.

  6. I would first find a lawyer and begian there!!

They would have the information on what steps to take..

I also know that you can go to www.adoptkidsus.com for a listing of kidos in you home town that need homes..

This avenue is cheaper for one, easier, and you are granteed a baby!! If you like you can look up international adoptions,  from areas like China or Africa!!

I say good luck and God bless!!

  7. well i would start at foster homes or i would go nline and look at places to adopt i know how u feel!

    GOOD LUCK!

  8. Start with foster care. It's cheaper and you'll help a child leave the system and have a home. Best wishes. It's nice to know people still want to help these children.

    this is a good site

  10. Many people don't really consider the foster care program.  However, my husband was a foster child who was eventually adopted and is the person he is today because of the academic and religious grounding his adoptive parents gave him.  There are so many children out there waiting to be adopted, and it isn't nearly as expensive as a private adoption.
