I don't think you can specify the child's caste when adopting. I certainly hope you cannot. I assume most children available for adoption are lower caste, because children are usually placed for economic reasons. I would hope anyone adopting an indian child would love them regardless of caste.

I am sorry to say your attitude towards adoption is all wrong. With that attitude you mighy as well not adopt. How does caste, creed, family background,religon,income group of birth parents etc make any difference. If you see a child you will never know the answers. All babies are the same. Beautifull and innocent !!!!!

SISHU GRESH at Angul, Orissa, India  there are so many kids. I am unknown about who is bramhin or else.

If u r single then this will take long time otherwise you and your hubby go to the neareast child care centre and adopt one cute baby.

What lies in cast - we people made casts in this world otherwise god made us a simple human being any way if you get important information please - please get back to me on my email id - [e-mail], as i am single and i would like to adopt one child also.

why brahmin. why not any other, u have no child, u can go orphanage and adopt a child
