I want to adopt my brother's child! I really need serious help.?

My brother wants me to adopt his child, and i really want to but I don't know how. I am an American citizen and want to adopt him, but they live in Mexico and can't come to the U.S. What would I have to do in order to adopt him fully?? I really need help and don't want silly answers plz. remember they live in Mexico

You should contact an international adoption attorney.  That's going to be your best bet.  You'll find out the exact process and since they specialize in international adoptions, you know it'll be handled properly.

Get ahold of the Immigration and Customs office and find out what you need to do to sponsor the child, there are some forms you have to fill out and a fee to pay, i think it is a couple of hundred dollars and then get ahold of social services in the county you live and tell them you want to do "kinship care", they will help you.
