  1. Children are not possessions.... she cannot adopt children and just give you one.

  2. She can choose you as a legal guardian, but why would she?  Does she not want him/her?

  3. Talk to an adoption attorney with her. And ask her to name you the legal gaurdian in her will.

  4. u can go to the egg or sperm bank and take to surgey to have it injected so u have a child.

  5. Why would she do that?  Does she want to disrupt the adoption?  What will she choose to do if you can't/don't?

If you choose to adopt, you can contact an attorney to make sure everything is done correctly.

If you choose to not adopt, but you want to act as the guardian, an attorney or the probate court or family court can probably help you figure out how to go about this.

Keep in mind, though, that every time a child changes homes/families it traumatizes the child.  It will give the child the message that he/she isn't lovable, worthy and that there is no stability or anything they can count on in life.  The child will already probably need some counseling as he/she grows...but another change will exacerbate the problem.

  6. If your aunt just adopted these kids why would she want to give them to someone else.  It will look poorly on her if she was to give up either of the kids, she made the choice to adopt them which means making a commitment to be their mom and to provide them a loving safe environment to growup in.    If you want to adopt you need to get a lawyer and start that way or contact an adoption agency or your local county (they do adoption stuff free you just have to go through classes and home visits).

  7. a court visit or so.
