Lets say I'm an international student, i graduated from highschool 2 years ago with average results. nthg below a credit. I sat for a pre-u exam similar to that of the british a-levels and scored straight A's. will I be able 2 apply? What will increase my chances? my final exams were great but my previous results were not.

  1. What you need to do is get in contact with the school(s) that you are interested in applying to and ask specifically what you need. Because you have been out of school for a couple of years they may want you to take an exam or provide certain documents, etc. Usually UCLA is very competitive but if you  excelled in your previous schools, and exams, then you have a good chance. But like i said before applying, talk to people in schools, they may recommend you take prerequisites such as like a few classes before you can apply or be accepted or they may just say send in your transcripts and test scores, im not too sure but it does not hurt to try. Good luck!
