I want to appoint Directors to my Company, but instead of amending the articles of association to reflect the deal with directors (which may change in years to come) I have drafted contractual terms.

Should I get them bound to the contractual terms first or appoinyed as directors through the first board meeting?

  1. The directors are elected at the corporation's shareholders' meeting and t heir their term of office is usually until the next annual shareholders' meeting. Their salary and/or benefits are set by the shareholders.

  2. if you have a small business why don`t you become a director yourself, why do you need other directors
