I want to ask If my eye degree is 300 do I have to wear my glasses every day and now?

This question is really up to you.   If you want to wear them everday, then do so.  I suggest that you at least wear them when you need to.  I can't tell from you asked if you are nearsighted or farsighted by that prescription, but if you are nearsighted then you should wear them when you need to see distance such as driving a car.  If you are farsighted or presbyopic, then you should use them when you are using the computer or reading.
