Often the yound child do not seek medical attention immediately as they think they have a common cold. If the number of viral particles, however, reaches how many viral particles? The young child wil die.

Firstly, we need to know WHAT it is the child is dealing with, if you can tell us. Some viruses replicate quickly, while others do not. Same with bateruim. Can u be more specific please?
