Boy, I sure wish you lived close to me! Whenever I have needed help I have to pay people to do it. I would just go over and introduce yourself, say how much you love horses and ask her if you could help her with them. Explain to her that you would love to do it, and do not expect to be paid. Come on over, I have lots you can help me with!

Go for it just walk up slowly ask politely and go for it!Just do it!Trust me i did that with my neighbor and now i am like part of the family and i always take care of her horse and just the other day i went and asked my other nieghbor if i could see her's she didn't have a problem with it at all. JUST DO IT!!!

most people who own horses are very friendly you can just go up and ask to see if she would like your help with her horses i am sure she would say yeah

i mean you'll never know unless you ask!

so march up to her and say hi!

then say something nice about her horses, and if she seems like she has time to talk then chat about them if she seems in a rush come back another time =)

start talking about horses then once the convo is started be like ohh i know you have some is there any chance i can see them sometime

best thing to do is ask! walk up to her stating you always admire her horses from afar and would to possibly help her out with them or just spend some time with them.
