Most airlines take in flight attendants with GCE 'A' Levels or diploma or equivalent, or whatever cert your country gives you when you finish school at around 18. Many go in with university degrees, but I think they don't look for brains that much. It really boils down to your interviews. Presentable looks, good communication and interpersonal skills etc are the important things
