I want to back to college i live in england?

i want to go back to college full time i am currently in receipt of jsa and housing benefit i have spoke to the job centre about it and they said that i would lose my benefits and i would have to pay for my course but i cannot afford to do that i was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is any funding available for me and whether there is a thing like ema for adults not just for up to 18s. i am 20 years old and want to do veterinary nursing at college.

There is the adult learners grant, which I can't remember the specifications but I believe it pays for your tutition (course) fees.

If on the adult learners grant, you also get similar benefits for EMA.

I don't know the specifics, but I wouldn't have thought you would lose your benefits and housing allowance, since your not actually entering employment of any sorts, maybe you would want to check another source apart from the job centre.
