I'm Interested in hybrid electric cars and I'm thinking about starting up a dealership. I live in Australia.

On line auto sales may not be too popular.  When it comes to cars, people want to kick the tires and go for a spin.

I'm in the US so I really wouldn't know how to go about it down under.  Is their an equivalent of the Better Business Bureau, or some kind of other governmental agencies for help in starting a new business?  These programs are available here.
