I am sixteen and i want to be a hit-man how do i get my start P.S i would be a hit-man for the government and no job is not worth my time.

Join the army and hope you get recruited.

It's how my teacher ended up being a spy--he joined the military, and the government recruited him into the secret services.  And, while you're in the military, learn how to use a gun really well.  Which is another thing; if you suck at shooting then probably not the best choice of a career.  It's a lot different hitting a moving object with a real gun than it is shooting something on the computer.

Join The army or the navy. Become a green beret or a navy seal. "Excel". Before you know it you'll be looking at al quida officials through the 50 cal. scope. But if your serious make sure that your ready to take away somebody's Father, Brother, Uncle, or Grandpa. You also Have to have a very great shot. Train yourself to become a professional killer. If the government doesn't invest a lot money into you your expendable.
