I want to be a Tv actress? help

okay well i want to be an actress for like teen tv shows like The secret life of the american teenager, degrassi.. shows like that, i live in Canada Ontario, how would i go about that, i dont know if i can even act because i have never acted or anything like that but i wanna try it and if im not good enough oh well atlest i tried and i know that im not missing out on something i wanted to do but was scared to do it because i didnt know, oh yeah and im 15 oh and i want something that is in canada ontario because i cant go to usa till im 19 because i dont have a passport and it will take me awhile to get it.. and degrassi is filmed in toronto but is on american channels i guess haha

You are way late deciding this. You need to be in all the school plays, and take acting classes at a pro studio, and get an agent, in that order, takes years.
