working on those huge networks (by the way Disney owns nick) takes alot more than just on line gigs to get in they have closed casting calls and in order to get in you need to have had ad least some experience and with Disney the harshness of there expectations is you must have the look and judging buy your standards your probably 8-14 years of age and that is to young for any kid to be told how to look and whats  wrong and whats right. also when signing on to Disney they make you do alot of pilots before actually getting picked to star in a show. or even co star.

Okay first of all your gonna have to work wayyy harder than that to get on disney....try acting classes and try getting an agent. and do local performances. and its gonna be reallllly hard to get on disney just to let you know but good luck :]
