I want to be a barrister?

hi to all, i would just like to say that i want to be a barrister im only 12 years old im and im in year 8..... my question is what do i have to do to become a barrister?

im doing well in all my subjects but i think its important for me to know the stages of becoming a barrister, if anyone could tell me, that would mean alot and i appreciate it =)
