I want to be a cook at a rehab center. Advice?

I am planning on attending a culinary program but wonder if there is anything else I should study to be specifically ready for a rehab center. Thanks for all advice!!

I would imagine there would be no contact with patients if you are working in a rehab center.  So, no, no additional coursework necessary.
