I want to be a doctor who treats spinal disease without surgery. What is that called?

Also if you can tell me of any other medical specialty tests other than UVA that would be great!

    try a neurologist. the spinal cord is a bunch a NERVES so you'd wanna go to a NERVES doctor (a neurologist)

    Some diseases of the spine ( I am assuming you mean the bones) cannot be treated with anything BUT surgery. If you want to specialize in Spinal disease, go to Medical school, and take an Orthopedic surgery residency, then a Fellowship in spinal surgery.
