I want to be a girl?

I want to be a girl but I dont know how to go about telling my parents. I am not comfortable being a boy at all and I hate it. I have always felt like a girl inside but I feel there is nothing I can do about it. What can I do? Plus, I love wearing girls clothes, it really feels good when I do but Im always scared I will get caught doing it.
