I want to be a makeup artist, and a beautician?

Hi, I am obsessed with dyeing hair, makeup, and everything like that. My 2 dream jobs are that I want to be a beautician, and I want to be a makeup artist. For the beauty school, I have that covered, I know where I want to go to school and everything. But for the makeup artist, I am a little confused. I want to work out a Mac cosmetics store, and I need to know if I need to go to college for that, and if so what are some good college's? thankyou so much.

If you go to school for Cosmetology(which you would if you want to do hair.), The license is good for Makeup and Anything Skin, Hair and Nails...But no, You don't need a License to work there.

I don't think you'd need to go to college to work at a Mac store, but it would definitely help. You could get an Associate's (2 year) degree in Sales or Marketing to assure that you know how to approach people and make your products sound amazing. You want to have people dying to buy your products! =]
