call the local high school or community college for student tutors.

You can advertise, contact the counselor at your local school district.  Talk to friends who are parents.  They might know someone who is looking for a math tutor for their child.  I made extra money doing this over the summer as some parents do not want their children to lose what they learned from the previous year.
