  1. You should mix up your Fighting styles... I think 2 of the most helpful in being like UFC or something like that would be Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA.. My instructor's Uncle's Brother is in Pro Fighting he does MMA Judo and Jiu Jistu

  2. Join a good MMA camp-that's always the key to getting started for a variety of reasons:

    1)Superior training (duh)

2)Industry Connections-camps that have pro fighters will only lead opportunities for you

3)They always encourage their members to participate in competition

Good luck! Sounds like you have a solid foundation already so  you should be on your way...

  3. Start with ju-jitsu and work from there.

  4. You need to find an instructor to first teach you whatever fighting style you're looking to pursue. Most professional training centers will have connections for events to compete in. Work your way up with that, and you should be good.

  5. Professional only means you get paid for it.

You could start right away, even with little or no experience at all, just contact an MMA promoter willing to put you on a fight card.

Beware! some promoters like to match an inexperienced guy against an experienced one, to guarantee a brutal knockout, which pleases the people.
