I want to be a surgeon but i have sloppy writing, any suggestions?

Sloppy writing will be the least of your worries. Study hard and don't worry about it.

if thats whats holding you back, start trying to write neater

plus, i really dont think all surgeons have neat hand writing

I'm a bit concerned about you being a surgeon.  Surgeons have to have wonderful fine motor skills.  In fact, they say athletic people make better surgeons, so I don't know maybe some other type of doctor, say radiology, then you will not have to touch a patient with your wiggly hands LOL.

If you want to be a surgeon then that is what you should go for.You don't want for somebody to ask you why you didn't become a surgeon and answer "because I have sloppy hand writing".Come on don't let something like that hold you back!

i think all doctors have sloppy hand writing... look at their prescription papers
