I want to be a ufc fighter?

im only 17 almost i weigh 180 and im 6'2 i lift alot but i need to know what are some good conditioning and some good cardio workouts would be and also what a great diest routine would be cuz i already kno it takes years of training and im about to start this brazilian jujitsu so if u got some useful answers then feel free to help.

  1. Go for it man! First tho you need a MMA school get on the internet find a good one close to you...to fight in full contact MMA you need to be at least 18...make sure you find a legitimate school that will make you wait...hey you have a year to prepare for your 1st fight...I had 6 months lol...check out my school if you like.


  2. yeah i would try to find a school that teaches an mma class.  If not along with your bjj pick up wrestling muay thai and boxing....gotta be well rounded to even be okay nowadays

  3. You have 2 options:

    1) Get a good resume, that will be your professional MMA record, once you have that you can negotiate a contract with the UFC.

    2) Get lucky, and get a spot on the next "TUF", the skill level of these guys seem to diminish with every season, even if you are not very good, you could get a gig there.
