  1. join ur own country's air force

  2. to fly a cargo plane, no.  to fly a fighter/bomber/assault craft, probably.  get your citizenship.  if you haven't been here 5 years to do it, join the airforce as something else.  it only takes 3 years for military members to gain citizenship, then apply for flightschool.

  3. no just got to be citizen

  4. All military pilots in the United States are commissioned officers, and to be commissioned one must be a US citizen.  Sorry.  You should contact the US embassy or consulate in your country right away.

You can be an NCO or enlisted person on a green card, but those cannot be pilots.  Sorry.

  5. I knew and flew with a guy who had been a pilot with a foreign country's air force--Finland, I think. He then flew F-16s in the USAF until he retired and after that he became a civilian jet pilot. I don't know if he had dual citizenship or what, but apparently pilots in at least certain foreign air forces can fly with the USAF, on some sort of transfer or exchange or lateral status. I don't know the details but he did it. Here's a link to an article about an RAF pilot assigned to a USAF B-2 squadron as part of an exchange program:

  6. must be us citizen

  7. To be a fighter pilot, you must be a US Citizen. To be a cargo pilot, you do NOT need to be a US citizen

While the following Air Force AFSCs (Jobs) do not require U.S. Citizenship, one *must* be a legal immigrant (with a green card) residing in the United States in order to enlist in any branch of the United States Military.

The Air Force cannot and will not assist with immigration. One must legally immigrate first, and then apply to join the U.S. Air Force, by visiting any Air Force Recruiting Office.

Once an immigrant joins the U.S. Military, normal residency requirements are waived and they can apply to become a United States Citizenafter 3 years of active duty (Note: Under a current Presidential Executive Order, the 3 year period is waived, until further notice).

One *must* be a U.S. Citizen to become a commissioned officer, or to re-enlist in the Air Force.

  8. Doesn't your own country have an air force.  If you do want to be a pilot get the absolute best marks you can in school and/or get a degree.

  9. So far true to my knowledge, I can say that to be a pilot of USAF or any other country which ever it is USA, INDIA, UK, Countries usally prefer to take their citizens only. So you can be a part of IAF or Indian Air Force but you might not able to qualify for USAF as there is no chance. Military peoples are only admitted who are by born citizens. So if you thin that you will mary an american and will get citizenship and do away with the same, then it won't help you man, Best of Luck
