I want to be an Au Pair. How do I?

So I am an American and I would like to go to another country to be an Au pair. Or, even work in America as an Au Pair...how do I go about that....and does anyone need an Au pair? At the moment I am a Live-out nanny.

I did this in Italy.  I found a website, greataupair.com and made a profile, found a family and then flew to Italy.  My family was amazing.  You just have to be really careful.  There are crazy people out there.  There is another company that you can go through as well.  They have famlies all over the world.  If you email me and give me your email address, I will send you the information for that company.
