I think the event organizers contact modeling agencies for specific events.   They use local agencies for each track and it's not a full time job since F1 is a seasonal sport and each circuit only has one race each year.

The teams have nothing to do with hiring grid girls. Sounds like the best way would be to find out which modelling agency F1 uses. I doubt a "c**p" race would have a need for grid girls.

It depends on which country you are living. If your country has an F1 circuit, then it's your chance. Contact the F1 administrator of that race track, they will tell you how.

Contact your local race circuit (if there's one there) and ask them about it. They will surely provide you with all the information that you need.
