  1. Don't think about the "huge movies" too much just focus on being in as many plays as much as you can. Besides if ever you shall find yourself in a movie nobody really knows if the movie your in is going to come out successful. Just get the experience, learn a lot, and everything else will come with it. By the way if your under 18yrs old your going to need the parents involved. You won't get any type of work with out them unless you are of adult age.

  2. You need to get a lot of experience under your belt.  Take acting classes (and preferably singing and dance lessons as well), get involved with school and community theatre and practice your craft.  You cannot expect just to walk into a big-budget film; you have to work your way up from local theatre, being prepared to not be paid.  It's also a good idea to go to a recognised drama school (once you finished high school) where you will hone your skills for three years.  A good school will invite agents to its showcases, and hopefully you will be signed up by a legit agent who will then get you auditions.  Without an agent you will get nowhere; a legitimate agent will never charge you an up-front fee, rather they take commission on anything you earn from work they get you.  It's a long hard road and you need to be prepared to be knocked back time and time again, as it's very unlikely that you'll succeed on your first try.  But if you want it more than anything, go for it!
