  1. i am 18 and also what to go into real estate, you will have to have good charisma have good all round sense on genreal Knowledge( this is so you can chat and bulshit to teh person who you are trying to sell the property to) this will give them a  sense of secureness etc, always lead them to a false sense of secureness,be outgoing, have good use in facial expression, be a good negotiator, meaing you articulate well, get what you want by giving sellers what they want, by any means, if they want to hear it, tell them, and make the bad things sound good, i am currently working for foxtons,  as a runner.  and they are teaching me the basics at the moment----hope this helped mate

    Seriously very little which is what most estate agents know. And before all you estate agents shout, I was one since before most of you were pooping your pants.
