I want to be an extra. anyone know sites i can find auditions on

i live in south wales. I'm 18

every site i find for help has to be paid for. i cant pay so don't give me any that charge members.

i have some experience and know a bit about being/becoming an extra. i just want to find auditions/agencies

I will be honest starnow.co.uk is the best one available,i know it charges but its not a scam ,i promise you.

since joining i have just had a speaking role in a movie featuring kevin spacey called 'telstar'..look it up.

also i have been in a commercial for samaritians and you do get paid really well..last year i was on 7 episodes of big brothers big mouth and i also was on friday night project doing some acting with justin and alan..

It is well worth the tenner a month or so,you do get the work..just make sure you sell yourself on the profile..

I have been with them a few years and im currently now shooting my own pilot for a show..as i have contacts from the people i worked with on telstar...

Go for it,its well worth it..

You are correct to avoid the pay sites they are just scamming.

You need an agent , that's what they do. They find you auditions to go to. On your own you have virtually no chance.

You have to live where the work is.  You hae to work where the agent is, so look one up in the telephone book and find out how to submit for representation.
